HI, I'M EVELYN
I'm the founder of Velin Design, where residential design meets thoughtful planning and construction management.
With a Master's degree in Interior Architecture from Florida International University and over six years of experience in residential construction, I bring both creative vision and technical understanding to every project. My approach is rooted in the belief that great design is more than creating beautiful spaces—it's about making informed decisions, solving problems before construction begins, and creating homes that feel effortless to live in.
Every project is approached with intention, combining design, technical planning, and project coordination to deliver spaces that are timeless, functional, and carefully considered from concept through construction.
